History
Fraser Steel was founded in 1970 by the father and son team of Don and Rod Fraser in response to emerging demand from OEMs for cut-to-length tubing, bar and wire. They had one cutting machine, a few customers, and a big vision. Under their shared leadership, the company grew rapidly – thanks to its ability to anticipate customer needs and invest in next-generation technology. In 1990, Fraser Steel moved to expanded space in Albertville, MN. As OEM demand shifted from tube cutting to value-added production, Fraser invested in new equipment and the talent to run it, spending more than $10 million since 2000. |
